The Dial 1/2 HP evaporative cooler motor is built for reliable performance in 115-Volt evaporative coolers. It can be used in a new cooler or as a replacement motor for an existing unit. When selecting the HP for an evaporative cooler motor, always follow the cooler manufacturer's recommendation.
